Europe have a great chance of winning the Solheim Cup having drawn level with the United States after the second day's play at Sugar Grove, Illinois.
Trailing 4½-3½ after day one, Europe gained 4½ points on Saturday to draw level at 8-8.
It could have been even better for the Europeans, but the US won the last two foursomes matches.
Europe, who have lost the last two Solheim Cups, need 14-½ points to win for the first time on American soil.
